This can be key to your performance and literally “grounds” you. It only takes a moment, and is also something you can do every day. Every morning, for example, as you start your day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of us are disconnected from the Earth. We wear rubber soled shies, walk on concrete every day, and rarely put our bare feet on the earth itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This means that, energetically, we get lost in our heads. It creates emotional overload, and a feeling of “disconnectedness “.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is an easy fix, however. Simply give yourself a grounding cord:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In a comfortable sitting position, close your eyes (optional), and imagine a cord going down from your tailbone to the center of the earth. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. It can be made of anything. Most commonly a tree root. It can be any color. It can even be an elaborate metal structure. Whatever works for you. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Imagine it to be super strong, hooking into the center of the earth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. You can give yourself a new grounding cord at any time. Let the old one go and create a new one. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. As an FYI, you can also give other people grounding cords. If they don’t want it, they won’t accept it. This works very well with angry\/belligerent people or small children:)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
